Castledown Radio visited "ArtsFest 2011", held at Wellington College, to train four eager students in how to present a live radio roadshow. The trick to be learned by the young men was not only how to keep the public entertained with music and chat using one half of the team, but also how to utilise the other half to aquire interviews from spectators and organisers, edit the interviews and then broadcast them as part of the live show.

The mini-production team included a DJ and team leader, two interviewers and an editor. They managed to record, edit and transmit four pre-recorded interviews in a very intense and busy atmosphere. Proving to be popular with staff, students and festival goers alike, the boys went from complete novices to a successful live broacast-team in just a few hours and helped incorporate Castledown Radio into all the exciting festival activities already taking place.
