Castledown Radio is supporting the Digital Switchover Help Scheme, which brings face to face support, installations, equipment, in-home assistance and aftercare service to eligible people who may need help to make the switch to digital TV.
As part of the help scheme action week Saturday Morning Show presenter John Sparrow spoke to Kathy Caton, the Assistant Regional Manager for the switchover help scheme. They discussed many aspects of the scheme, including who is eligible, what the scheme offers, do you need a new tv or aerial, and when the changeover will happen in our region.
