Windmill Hill Children's Centre, felt very honoured to have Sir Al Ainsley Green Children's Commissioner for England, visit us. He is a very interesting man and asked some very important questions. He spent time talking to parents and children. He was particularly interested hear about the lives of military families. He commented that "military families are often portrayed in a bad light when in fact theyshould be celebrated and appreciated". Windmill Hill enjoyed the Tea Party, it was very well attended. Children had opportunities for tray play, making a bracelet, play dough and storytelling.
At the children's Centres there are a range of activities where children and parents can come and play together such as singing, art and craft activities. As a parent you can find out about returning to work, health related information, benefits, childcare.
