Julie Dengel, Janice Fakes and Sandra Hawkins would like to thank everyone who donated money in memory of their father Peter Colling. The total raised at the memorial service was £1000 which has been donated to Help for Heroes.

Julie Dengel says "We thought this would be a fitting tribute to Dad...We are truly overwhelmed by the amount raised and we would like to say a big thank you on behalf of myself, Janice, Sandra and our Mum to thank every one for their generosity." The donation will be used to help  wounded service men and women, to find out more about the charity visit the Help for Heroes website .

Xina Hart went along to the cheque presentation at the Help for Heroes offices in Tidworth to find out how the donation would be used.
