On the 18th September 2008 Castledown Radio’s Baz Reilly and Ryan Foster, who’s on work experience, went along to the Army Welfare Service Offices in Bulford to train a group of teachers from the local primary schools in the area.
Baz gives the teachers something to talk about.
Ryan recalls how the morning went:
We started off with a simple introduction, then went off in pairs, we talked to each other to find out about our partner. We talked for five minutes each and had to make notes about the points of interest in their lives.
Baz then brought the team together to have a feedback session on the points of interest. We were shown how to use the interviewing equipment and then went back and interviewed each other.
