Scott Carr an ex member of 24 Field Squadron, Royal Engineers approached Castledown Radio and asked if we could help to get him in touch with his old mates from his Army days.  No problem!  We interviewed him and and he left his details for any members of his old unit to get in touch with him, here's an extract from his e-mail:

Can you please help me to contact as many people as I can for a reunion I am trying to organise. I was a member of 24 Field Squadron, Royal Engineers, based in Chattenden,Kent during the years 1984 -1988. The reunion is going to be in the month of October (date TBC) and at the King Charles Hotel in Chatham, Kent.  Please help me advertise this occasion and hopefully we can get as many people there as possible.  Please pass on my details to anyone who may call with names or contacts.many thanks.
