Welfare support is vital to the many families of soldiers serving around the world. Keeping the families informed; helping with the arrangements of child-care, hospital appointments and general family support is no mean feat.  Sgt Mick Davies
Sgt Mick Davies is the Unit Welfare Senior NCO for Tidworth's '1 Stafffords Regiment' and kindly took the time to tell Castledown Radio's Shirley Swain all about the regiments role and his part in the 24/7 on-call assistance that the centre provides.
